Towards a healthier life

Our lifestyle significantly influences our health and well-being. With a healthy lifestyle, a large number of diseases can be prevented, sometimes also cured or at least it can help make the consequences of them less severe.

There are various ways to a healthier lifestyle. It can be brought about by food or exercise, but connection with others, purpose/meaning, sleep, relaxation and substance use are also factors that mainly determine how you feel.

​

After a free first contact by phone of video call (20 min), we will during the first session explore your current situation and think about which measures for a healthier lifestyle could be right for you.

​

If this proves to be the right method for you, I will guide you in the following sessions to integrate a healthier lifestyle into your daily life using achievable steps.

Practical information:

One session lasts 60 minutes.

I work at the group practice Jaspis in Dilbeek and at Belliard Medical Center in Brussels.

Languages: English, German (mother tongue), Dutch and French, notion of Spanish.
