With life coaching/ talking therapie we start from your current situation and think about where you want to go and how you can get there. I act as a guide, helping you to find your own way based on your wishes, possibilities, values and qualities.

Lifestyle Medicine

Stress, difficulty sleeping, obesity and lack of exercise as well as smoking and alcohol use are the ills of our time.

These are not just isolated problems as they have a major impact on the quality of life, performance, and general mental and physical health.

Many chronic diseases (obesity, high blood pressure, diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, kidney failure, dementia, some types of cancer...) can be prevented by a healthier lifestyle. If they are already present, one can still limit the amount of medication prescribed, their symptoms and complications, and therefore their negative impact on life and well-being.

​

It's no secret what actions are needed to live a healthier life. However, it is often difficult to integrate these effectively and sustainably into daily life.

​

With lifestyle medicine I support you from my extensive experience as a GP to evolve towards a healthier lifestyle in small steps. Together, we take the time to formulate achievable goals and to map out a step-by-step change process.
